Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut out the apple's cores. Put apples in muffin pan (I did) or in any pan what you have. Pour raisins and a little pinch of brown suggar instead cores. Than pour onto the pan more raisins (for decoration). When the oven is ready, put in apples for about 15 minutes. Don't let the raisins to burn, take them off before the time is up, if necessary. Later you can take an ice cream out of freezer, so it wont be too frozen. When apples are ready put them on plates and decorate as you wish. I love to use homemade jams, they always make my desserts more beautiful and valuable.
